Kick off your festival at Zinc, where they will be holding  a cocktail & street food luau, so bring your dancing shoes, have a cocktail or two and enjoy our green season in the fabulous tropics.

Their talented chefs will be manning food stalls around the restaurant, cooking our very own Port Douglas island style cuisine. Fire Pits, Food Trucks, Flambe, and Ice.  Shake this up with tropical wonders from our mixologists adding froze, flare, finesse and experience our version of street food in the tropics.
